At Watts Ranch, we want to ensure that your event planning process is smooth and enjoyable. To confirm your booking, please review the following requirements:

Pre-Booking Consultation and Tour

We encourage you to schedule a pre-booking consultation and tour of our property. This gives you the opportunity to explore the space, discuss your event details, and address any questions you may have.

Guest Limit

Our event space is designed to host a maximum of 50 guests. Please ensure that your event adheres to this capacity for a comfortable and intimate atmosphere.

Event Insurance

For the protection of all parties involved, we require event insurance for each booking. Please provide proof of insurance coverage for the date of your event.

Booking Deposit

To secure your preferred date, a 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of your event
