In January 2022, we embarked on a new chapter of our lives by purchasing this beautiful property. As a seasoned contractor, Craig brought his expertise to the forefront, spending the last two years meticulously fixing up every detail.

Meanwhile, Courtney, a compassionate nurse, added her touch of care and warmth to create a space that truly feels like home. Our love for each other and our passion for hosting gatherings seamlessly merged into the creation of Watts Ranch. We tied the knot right here on this very property, and it became the starting point of a dream we now share with you.

Being Northern California natives, born and raised, we have a deep connection to the community.
